Account and Registration
To open an account at bb88ed, you need an active mobile number and you must be at least 21 years old. The registration process is completed entirely online — no documents need to be sent. Once you register with the correct details, your account is activated and you can start playing right away.
No, under bb88ed's rules each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device or mobile number may result in those accounts being suspended and the balance being forfeited. Enjoy all the benefits through a single account.
If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page — a verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. If the problem persists, contact our 24/7 live chat support. Clearing your browser cache resolves most technical issues.
Yes, after logging in to your account you can update your name, email, and certain other details from the profile settings. Changing your mobile number may require identity verification. You can contact the support team for help with any changes.
An account is usually suspended due to a policy violation or a pending verification process. Contact the bb88ed support team via live chat or email at [email protected] and confirm your identity using your registered mobile number. In most cases a resolution is provided within 24 hours.
Section 2
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit at bb88ed for any payment method is just ৳100. This limit is the same for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You can start with a small amount and enjoy gaming at your own pace.
When you send money via bKash or Nagad it usually appears in your bb88ed account within a few minutes. The process is similarly fast for Rocket. Occasionally a slight delay may occur due to network issues — in that case, contact live chat with your transaction reference number.
The minimum withdrawal amount from bb88ed is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is approved, the money generally reaches your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A slight delay may occur during busy periods.
bb88ed does not charge any separate fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their standard transaction charges, which are set according to each payment provider's own policy. Check the relevant app for the latest charge information.
If a withdrawal is rejected, the money is automatically returned to your bb88ed account balance. Rejection is usually caused by an unfulfilled bonus wagering requirement or a pending account verification. Contact live chat to find out the reason or to get the issue resolved.
Section 3
Games and How to Play
In the bb88ed cricket section you can bet on matches in major tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. Bets can be placed both before the match starts and during live play. To place a bet, log in to your account, go to the cricket section, choose your preferred match and bet type, and set your stake.
bb88ed offers slot games from multiple top providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. The collection ranges from popular games like Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, and Fortune Gems to fishing games. New games are added regularly.
RTP is the percentage of the total amount wagered on a game that is returned to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 out of every ৳100 wagered is paid out as winnings. This is a theoretical average — in the short term results can go either way.
Yes, bb88ed is fully mobile-friendly. The site can be accessed from any Android or iOS smartphone browser and all games run smoothly. You get the full gaming experience in a mobile browser without downloading a separate app.
The bb88ed live casino section features games from providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, where you can play in real time with actual dealers. You can watch the dealer deal cards or spin the roulette wheel live via video stream, giving you the feel of a real casino.
All game providers at bb88ed use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which determines each outcome independently and unpredictably. Leading providers verify the fairness of this system through third-party audits.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotions
When you make your first deposit at bb88ed you receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. To receive the bonus, your first deposit after registration must be made through an eligible method.
The wagering requirement for the bb88ed welcome bonus is 25 times. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets. The time limit for meeting this requirement is detailed on the terms and conditions page.
Playing regularly at bb88ed automatically earns you VIP tier status. There are three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback is up to 0.3% at Bronze tier, up to 0.7% at Silver tier, and up to 1.0% at Gold tier. No separate application is needed — play more and move up to a higher tier.
VIP members receive cashback on their net losses every week. Gold tier members can receive weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. Cashback is added directly to your account balance and the conditions for using it are relatively straightforward.
Yes, bb88ed regularly offers seasonal promotions — special deposit bonuses, free spins, and tournaments are held during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL or IPL season. Check the promotions page on the site regularly or ask via live chat for the latest offers.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus are generally cancelled. However, your original deposit amount remains intact. Contact the support team if you need to discuss the possibility of an extension or help in special circumstances.
